About Steph
Steph is a somatic-based & trauma-informed practitioner, trained in somatic modalities including Somatic Experiencing & Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. She specializes in complex trauma, and has worked in length with marginalized individuals who have experienced relational trauma, including intimate partner violence, racial violence, and generational trauma. She is particularly passionate about supporting BIPOC individuals and second-generation immigrants in their healing and self-development.
Steph is an avid enthusiast of mind-body connection. Outside of therapy, she is also a comprehensively trained Rehabilitative Pilates Instructor. In her free time, Steph enjoys throwing clay, reading by the beach, and sipping on a ~smooth~ matcha latte.
